Press and Testimonials
"This company has always liked to keep us guessing. It succeeds wildly." ATLANTA
JOURNAL CONSTITUTION
"PushPush moved to Decatur and brought along its trademark boldness. It stages in-depth, risky work you won't see elsewhere. PushPush's Festival of New German Playwrights gave us an authentic claim to "international city" cultural status. Uncompromising and audacious, it's theater for adults." ATLANTA MAGAZINE
"PushPush Theater has made a name as a venue for cutting-edge writing and acting. Increasingly, through partnerships and space-sharing, it's also becoming a place for mixing media…a destination for performances that cut across disciplines, as well as a source of intriguing theater." CREATIVE LOAFING
"PushPush Theater is doing important work. They are giving audiences
exciting productions, working with young people, creating programs
to build strong collaborations with other theaters in our region.
They are an outstanding example of the quality of work available
on our stages. Their plan to knit the city more closely together
through partnerships with other theater companies is an important
step in building the kind of collaborations that will help make the
entire community stronger." BILL NIGUT, President & CEO of Metro
